Lookdev for No Other Lake

In early 2022 I had to the opportunity to develop visual languages for the Vermont-based film “No Other Lake,” which explores the relationship between the Champlain Watershed and the people who inhabit it.

We wanted to find an accessible way to explain the geography of the region, while still feeling artful and respectful to the complexity of the region. Using real, scanned Digital Elevation Mapping technology we were able to bring the actual champlain watershed into Cinema4D.
